Henry and Rya approached the coffee table where Dale Steahl

was holding the drawing of Rya's fiber ranch, and Brad was holding

the drawings and blueprints of Rya's healing and wellness center.

Both uncles were amazed at the thought Rya put into both her fiber

ranch and her healing and wellness center. As were her grandparents

who were standing with their sons. Both grandparents faces beaming

with joy and pride at seeing her dreams on drawing paper and blueprints

being made into reality.

"Dale, I'd like to take a look at Rya's drawings and blueprints if you

don't mind.?" Henry inquired.

"Of course Mr. Conrad." Dale handed him the drawing.

Henry studied the drawing closely and liked what he saw.

The fact she wanted to build her fiber ranch made from mahogany

wood impressed him. Most of the ranches Henry and Harrison have

seen, in addition to their own, were painted white. Her choice of mahogany

wood was to say the least, a ranch that definitely would set her apart from

the old guard of the valley.

"It's a different look than your typical fiber ranch, but building it with

mahogany will definitely signal to them that way ranching normally is done

is going to be turned on its head, and raise the standards for how animals are looked at."

Henry hands the fiber ranch drawings and blueprints back to Dale.

"Could I see the drawings and blueprints for the healing and wellness center?" Henry asked

Brad handed Henry the drawing for the healing and wellness center.

He studied that drawing with a businessman's eye as well and was even

more impressed! Mahogany wood, display windows, with stone for the

front base of the building.

Henry looked at Rya with wonder and and amazement at how someone of

her years had such a visionary mind. Then, Henry paused for a few beats,

looked at Rya and told her, "what you propose to build will change many lives

not just in North Dakota, but here in Montana. We have unutilized land that

Harrison and I can build these buildings on.

Joseph Steahl looks at Henry in shock and says, "Mr. Conrad, we don't expect you

to do tha---" Henry cuts him off saying, "I know I don't Joseph. I want to do this

for Rya." Henry tells him. Harrison hearing what Henry told Joseph, looks at Joseph

and says, "so do I. She has the heart, grit and soul of a rancher. She'll be successful

out here. Besides, while we're mentoring her here at the Yellowstone, her and I can

spend time at the shooting range, and y'all can come out and join us." Harrison said

with a wide smile.

"Well, I speak for myself, my brother and parents and say hell yes!" Dale shouts excitedly

Henry looks at Rya with a warm smile and says to everyone, "all together now...HAPPY BIRTHDAY RYA!" Henry opens his arms to her, wrapping them tightly around her waist ,

she wraps her arms tightly around his neck whispering in his ear, "thank you, my king."

He whispers back, "you're welcome my phoenix."
