Montana Saga Chapter 15

Henry's cell phone rings at the mansion, he sees it's his son and

answers it. "Son what---" Roman interrupts his father.

"Dad you need to call the Medical Transport Helicopter, Rya's got

severe bruising to her abdomen and was shot through her palms,

you need to pack a bag and tell everyone else to pack a bag and

meet us at Trauma 1 Hospital." Roman tells his father, his voice

shaking.

"Son...is she?" Henry couldn't bring himself to say the word.

"Her pulse is weak Dad. Gotta go, I need to help Mr. Grant to stop

her bleeding." the call ends. Henry calls the Yellowstone Private Medical

Transport

"Hello Mr. Conrad---" Henry breaks in.

"My Phoenix is on County Road 12/ She was shot through her palms and

repeatedly kicked in her abdomen." Henry relayed to the medic.

"I'm familiar with that road Mr. Conrad, my partner and I will leave immediately." the

medic replied.

"Take her to Trauma 1 Hospital. I'll be there as soon as I can." Henry told him with

urgency.

"Roger that." the medic replied. Both men hang up.

Dale stands up and asks Henry, "What's going on Mr. Conrad? What happened to

our niece?" he asks worried.

"We all need to pack a bag and get to Trauma 1 Hospital...NOW! My Phoenix is badly injured" Henry instructs all who are present..

Rya's family leaves for their ranch to pack, Sara and Kira Lane leave for their cabin on

Yellowstone Ranch to pack, and Zach Grant leaves for his father's mansion to pack a

bag of his own.

Once the Conrad mansion is empty of people, except for his staff., Henry walks to where

he parked her truck. Henry kneels down beside it looking at the crosses on her license plate and asks with seething anger, "My Phoenix believes in You, I belied in You once, I even prayed to You when I was a boy for you to stop my family from abusing me. What kind of a God are you? You brought Rya into my life. I already don't believe in You for not answering my prayers as a kid, don't make me hate You for taking MY Phoenix from me. It was hard enough losing Sela." Henry goes to pack his bags for the hospital.
